Funding will be considered for projects that add value to primary produce (eg processing, marketing, product development, supply chain efficiencies), renewable energy and diversification (which can include direct sales of produce using websites, farm shops etc).
Whilst there is no current proposal for a specific initiative for organic farming, it will feature strongly in many of the initiatives listed by South West RDA e.g. Healthy Livestock and Resource Management.
